The beautiful steel grey iron oxide mineral Haematite has long been associated with healing and health. Its natural molecular structure give it strong magnetic properties. Haematite is said to stimulate mental clarity, concentration and memory, calm anxiety and induce peaceful sleep.

Physically, it is believed to aid the absorption of iron and the formation of healthy blood, improving the oxygen supply to the body and promote good health.
